La Corte Suprema de Italia dictamina que no se puede vender la llamada \u201cmarihuana light\u201d con un porcentaje de THC del 06%<\/h2>\n

La conocida como \u201cmarihuana light\u201d que se vende desde hace dos a\u00f1os en Italia puede tener sus d\u00edas contados. El esc\u00e1ndalo ha puesto a Italia en el mapa internacional de la marihuana y se crearon cientos de tiendas en las que se vend\u00edan bolsas que conten\u00edan esta \u201cmarihuana\u201d. Los inversores y la banca han demostrado mucho inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Pero esta fiebre de oro verde parece que ha sido un sue\u00f1o que se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en pesadilla por la presi\u00f3n judicial y pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

La \u201cmarihuana light\u201d naci\u00f3 como un subproducto del c\u00e1\u00f1amo. La diferencia legal entre marihuana y c\u00e1\u00f1amo<\/a> es que este no contiene m\u00e1s de un 0.3% de THC. Pero esto es as\u00ed en Am\u00e9rica del norte. Porque, en Europa tan solo se permite un contenido de un 0.2% de THC para que sea considerado c\u00e1\u00f1amo.<\/p>\n

Italia, en otra \u00e9poca, fue una gran potencia productora de c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial. El anterior gobierno que gobernaba en Italia antes del actual quer\u00eda que Italia volviera a ser una importante potencia en el sector del c\u00e1\u00f1amo. Para facilitar el negocio, permiti\u00f3 que el c\u00e1\u00f1amo pudiera tener hasta un 6% de THC<\/a>, que es 3 veces m\u00e1s que el nivel permitido en Europa.<\/p>\n

Pronto aparecieron cientos de tiendas que vend\u00edan bolsas de flores secas de este c\u00e1\u00f1amo. Aparecieron gen\u00e9ticas con nombres como \u00abChill Haus\u00bb y \u00abBlack Buddha\u00bb que se vend\u00edan muy bien. Por supuesto, no tienen efecto psicoactivo ya que es el caf\u00e9 descafeinado de la marihuana.<\/p>\n

La \u201cmarihuana light\u201d ha generado m\u00e1s de 15000 nuevos empleos y ha generado 150 millones de Euros en menos de tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

La Corte Suprema declar\u00f3 hace pocas semanas que era ilegal vender productos derivados del c\u00e1\u00f1amo que ten\u00edan la capacidad de producir efecto psicoactivo. Obviamente estos jueces no han fumado las flores secas de este c\u00e1\u00f1amo ni se han comido las galletas que se producen. Porque si lo hubieran probado sabr\u00edan que no producen efecto psicoactivo.<\/p>\n

Algunas pruebas realizadas y la opini\u00f3n de los clientes as\u00ed lo confirman. Los clientes dicen que les produce un efecto agradable pero no psicoactivo. Pero el ministro del interior de la ley y el orden declar\u00f3 la guerra a las tiendas que muestran logotipos imitando hojas de cannabis y ha prometido cerrarlas, calle por calle y tienda por tienda, hasta que no quede ninguna en toda Italia.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Matteo Salvini ha dicho que \u201cla situaci\u00f3n es asquerosa\u201d. Ha declarado que no se puede permitir que en Italia haya m\u00e1s de 1000 tiendas que venden drogas legalmente.<\/p>\n

Los due\u00f1os de estos peque\u00f1os negocios lo consideran una situaci\u00f3n de guerra en la que est\u00e1n dispuestos a llegar hasta d\u00f3nde sea necesario para defender sus intereses.<\/p>\n

El propietario de Green Planet, en la ciudad de Caserta, se encaden\u00f3 a la cerca de su tienda, que permanece cerrada este mes, despu\u00e9s de una redada en la que la polic\u00eda incaut\u00f3 16 gramos de \u201cmarihuana light\u201d.<\/p>\n

Gioel Magini, el due\u00f1o de una franquicia llamada Cannabis Amsterdam Store, ha propuesto plantear una demanda colectiva entre todos los due\u00f1os de negocios similares para impedir que les cierren sus tiendas.<\/p>\n

Magini tuvo que cerrar una pizzer\u00eda para abrir su tienda y sabe que si el gobierno la cierra, ser\u00e1 su ruina econ\u00f3mica. Opina que prohibir este tipo de c\u00e1\u00f1amo por contener un 0.6% de THC es como prohibir la cerveza sin alcohol para luchar contra el alcoholismo.<\/p>\n

En la Uni\u00f3n Europea el l\u00edmite de THC para que la planta de cannabis sativa sea considerada c\u00e1\u00f1amo es del 0,2 por ciento. Sin embargo, una ley italiana de diciembre de 2016 subi\u00f3 el l\u00edmite hasta un 0.6% alegando que, de forma natural, se produc\u00edan variaciones en algunas plantas.<\/p>\n

Si bien el 0.6 por ciento est\u00e1 por encima de la concentraci\u00f3n de THC requerida para que el c\u00e1\u00f1amo se convierta en marihuana en un libro de bot\u00e1nica, los legisladores italianos pensaron que era demasiado bajo para tener un efecto psicoactivo. L\u00f3gicamente, los empresarios en un pa\u00eds con una econom\u00eda tan empobrecida, vieron una oportunidad.<\/p>\n

La ley de c\u00e1\u00f1amo que entr\u00f3 en vigencia hace dos a\u00f1os y medio, permiti\u00f3 la venta de cosm\u00e9ticos y productos hechos con c\u00e1\u00f1amo. Las boutiques de regalos, los mercados de la calle y los talleres de cultivo independientes pronto empezaron a crear nuevos productos como pasta con infusi\u00f3n de cannabis, aceite de oliva y helado. Pero tambi\u00e9n sacaron a la venta frascos y bolsas repletos de cogollos de \u201cmarihuana light\u201d. Como la marihuana era ilegal, los productores etiquetaron sus productos como \u00abart\u00edculos de colecci\u00f3n\u00bb no destinados al consumo. Porque el nombre de \u201cmarihuana light\u201d era solo un reclamo comercial.<\/p>\n

Pero ahora puede que el gobierno de Salvini cierre todas estas nuevas tiendas ya que, seg\u00fan la nueva posici\u00f3n legal de Italia, est\u00e1n vendiendo droga.<\/p>\n\n\n
