{"id":2770,"date":"2019-06-06T14:30:27","date_gmt":"2019-06-06T12:30:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cannabisground.com\/?p=2770"},"modified":"2019-06-06T14:30:30","modified_gmt":"2019-06-06T12:30:30","slug":"iglesia-del-cannabis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cannabisground.com\/es\/iglesia-del-cannabis\/","title":{"rendered":"Iglesia Internacional del Cannabis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Un grupo de miembros de la Iglesia Internacional del Cannabis se enfrentan a una acusaci\u00f3n por consumo de marihuana en el interior de una Iglesia<\/h2>\n<p>Steve Berke, cofundador de The International Church of Cannabis est\u00e1 luchando contra una acusaci\u00f3n menor de 2017 de \u201cuso p\u00fablico y abierto\u201d del cannabis. \u00c9l estar\u00e1 en la corte de Denver el pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/p>\n<p>La multa m\u00e1xima en este caso es de 300 d\u00f3lares. Sin embargo, los expertos en cannabis est\u00e1n observando este caso desde un punto de vista diferente que ha estado confundiendo a los fumadores de marihuana desde que se legaliz\u00f3 el cannabis. \u00bfQu\u00e9 se considera consumo \u201cabierto y p\u00fablico\u201d de marihuana?<\/p>\n<p>Este caso ha estado generado tantos problemas jur\u00eddicos, que se produjo una situaci\u00f3n en la que los fiscales no fueron capaces de sentar a los 6 miembros de un jurado.<\/p>\n<p>Todo comenz\u00f3 el 20 de abril de 2017, cuando la polic\u00eda de Denver irrumpi\u00f3 en una celebraci\u00f3n privada de la iglesia durante la cual algunos de los m\u00e1s de 200 asistentes fumaban marihuana en lugares especiales para el consumo.<\/p>\n<p>La polic\u00eda de Denver emiti\u00f3 citaciones para Berke, Lee Molloy y Briley Hale: los tres fundadores de la Iglesia. Est\u00e1n acusados \u200b\u200bde consumo p\u00fablico y abierto de cannabis y de violar el Acta de Limpieza Interior de Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>La Iglesia Internacional del Cannabis dice que la marihuana es el sacramento principal y que los miembros reciben servicios una vez por semana. Los miembros se llaman a s\u00ed mismos \u00abelevacionistas\u00bb y consumen la \u00abflor sagrada\u00bb para mostrar la mejor versi\u00f3n de los seres humanos y enriquecer a su gente con los frutos de la creatividad.<\/p>\n<p>Ya en marzo de 2018, un juez declar\u00f3 que el juicio era nulo porque los fiscales no pod\u00edan obtener un jurado de seis personas. Los posibles miembros del jurado rechazaron abiertamente el juicio y cuestionaron la teor\u00eda del caso del abogado de la ciudad, Rebekah Watada. B\u00e1sicamente, cuestionaron la raz\u00f3n por la cual sus impuestos ten\u00edan que gastarse en casos menores como este. Otro miembro potencial del jurado pregunt\u00f3 c\u00f3mo era posible que siete polic\u00edas estuvieran en la lista de testigos por un cargo menor de marihuana. Todos pensaron que era absurdo gastar tanto dinero y recursos para este caso tan poco importante.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Berke dijo que pensaba que era una incre\u00edble p\u00e9rdida de tiempo y dinero. Se sorprendi\u00f3 bastante de que la ciudad gaste dinero de los contribuyentes para procesarlos.<\/p>\n<p>La ciudad de Denver le ofreci\u00f3 un trato seg\u00fan el cual podr\u00eda alegar la infracci\u00f3n civil y pagar \u00absu crimen\u00bb con servicios comunitarios. Pero \u00e9l rechaz\u00f3 la propuesta.<\/p>\n<p>Espera ser absuelto porque, entre otras razones, no fum\u00f3 marihuana ya que era el anfitri\u00f3n del evento.<\/p>\n<p>La oficina del abogado de la ciudad se neg\u00f3 a comentar al respecto. Pero Berke est\u00e1 considerando una demanda contra la ciudad porque perdi\u00f3 mucho dinero desde que ocurri\u00f3 la redada policial.
